ELECTRICITY AND HEAT ENERGY GENERATION SYSTEM
An auto-producer plant supplies 90% of our electricity energy requirements. It has the capacity to deliver 1,605 kilowatt-hours of electricity and 1,677 kilowatt-hours of heat. For this purpose, our company has received an auto-producer license No. E0/671-1/618 Dated 03.03.2006 from the Energy Regulatory Board.
BIOLOGICAL TREATMENT FACILITY
We use an "active sludge" system for biological treatment, which is the most common treatment process in this field of production. 90% BOD removal is easily ensured. The system is a batch system and is designed to use a very low load, active sludge system. In our biological reactor, the necessary full mixture and oxygen demands are covered by the blower-diffuser system.
CHEMICAL TREATMENT FACILITY
In the balancing pools, the waste water,which is homogenized in terms of flow and quality, is fed into the chemical treatment plant by a controlled feeding pump. The chemical agent dosage system works in conjunction with an automatic pH measurement and control system to ensure the maintenance of optimum conditions.
